Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
No-shows will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the cancellation fee.
All deposits, prepayments, and service payments are non-refundable. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
